Confirming
A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as the order is authorized, then we will start preparing your order immediately. After eating the preparation, we find it difficult to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to fulfill your order.
Processing
It usually takes 1-3 business days for your order, while some items may take longer than expected.
Transporting
Standard FREE shipping throughout the United States for orders over US$49.00 with delivery time of 10-15 working days
If the order is less than US$49.00, a transportation fee of US$12.99 will be charged
Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
All delivery times are estimated and derived from real world data collected from previous orders. These are approximate times just for reference.
Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and delivery agents will limit their operations at this time. This is beyond our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
What if I refuse to accept my delivery? If you return the order, once we have received it, we will refund 50% of your payment.
Track your order
You will receive a notification email as soon as your order is shipped. The email will include a unique order tracking number. The status of your order can be checked by entering anpoqe.com. Click "My order" to check the status of your order.
It may take a few days after sending the order until the tracking number is active in the messaging system. If the information is not available, try again later. Make sure the estimated shipping time is valid, regardless of tracking site updates.
Tax note
Our customers do not have to pay import taxes, duties or VAT (Valued Additional Tax).
