1. HOW DO I ORDER?

Simply choose your product, then click on the "Add to Cart" button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.

2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Orders are normally shipped within 2 to 5 business days. For international orders, transit will take from 1 to 3 weeks.

3. My tracking code does not work.

Tracking numbers may take 1 to 3 days to appear in the carrier system. If the tracking number still doesn’t work in a few days, contact us.

4. I need help with a late order.

Orders are normally shipped within 2 to 5 working days. For international orders, transit will take 1 to 3 weeks.

If your order did not arrive after 15 working days (international), please contact our team, we are happy to help.
