Refund Policy

RETURN


Our policy lasts 30 days. If it has been 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Various types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygienic goods, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some articles of health and personal care.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Book with obvious signs of use.
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game console, cassette tape or vinyl disc which has been opened
- Any item that is not in its original state is damaged or missing parts for reasons beyond our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within a given period of days.

LATE OR MISSING REIMBURSEMENTS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially published.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

GOODS FOR SALE (IF APPLICABLE)

Only items with full price can be refunded; unfortunately, items on offer cannot be refunded.

TRADE (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to change it for the same item, please email us at support@anpoqe.com

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when you bought it and sent it directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the donor sent the order to himself to deliver it later, we will send a refund to the donor and inform him about its return.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take to get the exchanged product to you may vary.
If you ship an item over $75, consider using a traceable shipping service or buying shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
